Customer with a credit balance on their account who wish to receive a refund, should make their request via phone to our office at 989-734-2166. Once your refund request has been approved, a check will be issued and mailed withing 5 business days. Requesting a refund cancels any current contracts or pending deliveries.
No refunds will be issued for payments made towards an outstanding balance.
